Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
• All entries will be confirmed within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation please contact Shiva Hobson on 0208 6523094.

Payment
• Entries must be accompanied with a cheque or a purchase order number; we will only invoice you if you enter more than three products. Invoice payments must be received by Caterer and Hotelkeeper within 28 days of the invoice date or by close of business 5 working days before the judging, whichever is the earlier. You will be sent an invoice receipt within 10 days.

Cancellations
• Entries cancelled must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below. If you cancel on or before 20th June 2011 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%. If you cancel after 20th June 2011 no refund will be given. Please note there will be no refunds on entry fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
