How should enter?
The competition is open to manufacturers and distributors of food and drink products for foodservice, whether national, regional or local.
Entries can be either new launches or established products that have stood the test of time. There is no date restriction other than that the products entered must be on sale by July 1 2010, as we do not allow test products to be entered. The products can be branded or own label and all products must be entered individually, not as ranges. All products shortlisted must be available for caterers to purchase by July 1 2010 – products still at the development stage are not eligible for entry.
