How can I enter?
Simply go to the Enter page and select the category you wish to enter and complete the form online.

What is the cost?
The cost per entry is £175 + VAT.

What is the judging process?
All products are cooked to your specifications and tasted by a panel of judges.  The panel meet over a week at the end of July. Your products will be required to be sent to Croydon College the week of 19th July (products sample schedule).

When will I know if I have been shortlisted?
Everyone will be contacted by letter during August (except for the Kids categories, this happens in September).

When will I find out if my product has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Excellence in Food & Drink Awards
lunch on Friday 26th November 2010 at The Dorchester, London.

What is the dress code for the lunch?
The dress code is “Business Suits”.
